Mr. Zaffar A. Khan graduated as a Mechanical Engineer. Soon thereafter, he joined Exxon which following an employee led buyout became known as Engro. He served the Company for 35 years; the last 6 years were as the CEO. Thereafter, he served as Chairman of PTCL, Karachi Stock Exchange & PIA.
With over 20 years of leadership experience in Strategic Planning, Financial Due Diligence, Operations, and Governance, he has led transformative initiatives across Europe, North America, and Africa. His career includes impactful roles with PwC and leading family business conglomerates in Pakistan, where he drove strategic growth and operational excellence. At YB Holdings, he has championed initiatives that enhanced revenue, collaboration, and value creation. He also leads HR, IT, and ESG transformations, ensuring sustainable and future-ready operations. Mr. Muhammad Waqas Aslam is a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) with over 15 years of experience in audit, assurance, and finance. As CFO of Y.B. Holdings, he leads financial strategy, governance, and ERP implementation to ensure sustainable organizational growth.
